The SIL application provides access to Swiss municipal, cantonal and federal law collections in a single, simple and intuitive centralised system.
The search page lets you query all legislative texts and available collections. You can search by keyword or reference number, in titles as well as in the content of texts, choosing from several search methods: all words, exact phrase or proximity. If you'd rather search in the form of a conversation, as in a chat, you can also use RiLEX.
You can compare versions of legislative texts. This feature lets you view every difference between two versions of the same text, through a simple and intuitive interface.
Purpose-built for comparing legal texts, it detects not only content changes but also the relocation of entire paragraphs and sections — even when paragraphs have been reworded.
On the "Latest changes" and "Upcoming changes" pages, the site lists updates to legislative texts, both completed and forthcoming.
You can print the legislative texts of your choice, download them to your computer, or share them with others, in PDF format.
